Not All Paid Features Work

Paid $2.99 for the upgrade, only to find that the two FaceTime widgets do not work at all. Nice concept and execution for the calling and SMS features. There is also no way to contact support within the app. Had to go back to App Store, find the contact support option, click through to arrive at landing page for one of their other apps, and then found an e-mail link for support at the bottom.
